Need some hacking helpz(xp/win 7) gaining admin

yes i am a complete noob
but heres my situation
i need to add my self as a network administartor
and i have to bypass certain layers of protection:
1)i cant get caught
2) i need to make sure that once i do it i cant get caught
3) i need to be able to use administartor privilleges
4) bassically not to get caught
i have heard of that linux program that changes the admin password
and that wont do it
i need to physically add my user to the network administartors
not just the computer administartors.i can burn discs
i can use usbs
just i need to make sure it isnt catchable

If you don't have admin privileges, it's safe to assume you probably don't need them.Besides that, there's no way you won't get caught.
