Need help playing Estpolis

Hello, I downloaded Estpolis and tried playing it with no&GBA and no$Zoomer but it just stays as as a blank screen.
I tried patching it with the patch from this page:http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=viewtopic&nid=9144But it didn't work, maybe I didn't patch it right, it still stays as a blank screen I only notice the "%" thingy moving.
I've seen videos of it on Youtube.
Do I need another emulator or something? Could someone help me please?I noticed there are images of the game in the download page, so that means that there's a PC emulator that works with the game, just wish someone could tell me which one.
