Dude there have been plenty such topics. Just look at this https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=22230.0 or even this https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=18528.0. It has been discussed before and many games have been mentioned that you are looking for.

ok, I found one, Gothic II

oblivion and morrowind

Freedom Force?

You might be able to run Oblivion, check that out. I have Oblivion on the 360 and I can't put it down!!! ;D

If you can run Oblivion you should give Fallout 3 a try. The mods are almost endless.

I think he needs to play games that need lower system requirement.
Try Hitman, the first 3 games should be playable for you.

There are countless mods for oblivion, and you can make your own with the TES: Construction Set
