This maybe the problem, as there are plenty of well established sites that are offering the same as you, and many users will stay with their regular sources.You definately need something more than what you are offering to attract users away from their regular sources.

And we want to do that with all firmwares! alot of info and easy to understand!

Seems like a fairly informational site.
Sicne the site seems more focused on information rather than insanity conversations and roms like RomUlation, you might consider turning it into a website rather than a forum. This way, the articles are easier to read. You can include a comments section for questions, etc.
But you'd still need a catch, or at least something most rom sites lack.
