nds-roms site closed forever?

I visited the nds-roms site today and "aussie play", the people who run the site, are closing all the sites they run. I dont really like nds-roms but im wondering if they were closed for legal reasons which could affect other sites like it. Does anyone know if thats the reason?

It's not.For more info, read this thread.
