NDS Game Browser

There's a DS browser for the PC which allows you to browse up to date lists of roms and numbers. You can edit your own lists, find boxart, screenshots and reviews online.More info can be found here http://voxt3r.987mb.com/index.html

Is there any way to play it without the plugin?

Probably not. You should already have that installed though.
