Earlier this year I took in my DS Lite to get it repaired due to a warping top screen. When I got it back the screen worked fine. Yet all of a sudden the right DS speaker is busted, making the left one working. Yet, when I plug in headphones, I can hear out of the right headphone just fine.What could be the possible cause of this? And is there a way to fix it?

speaker is blown. It wont affect the operation of headphones as that is taken off of the audio line before the speakers.

NO, you misread my message.
I mean this:
If your DS speakers aren't working and that the headphones still do their job means that it is the speaker itself and not the soundcart.
So I agree with Loonylion also.
