no .....(*looks around google*)........ ok where do i put key code ...../edit\..................wait do i just need an nintendo ds wi-fi enable game to grab the connection instead of home brew games and mods ??.........

yeah you get a Wifi enabled game like Mario Kart, Metroid, 42 All time Classics, etc etc then go to The Wifi Muliplayer Mode and you should see an option for wifi options or something like that.. then you can enter your WEP key in therehope that helps :)

quote from Wikipedia:Nintendo:"At this time, the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector software is not compatible with Windows Vista (all versions). Please check back for future updates, as our engineers are currently working on a potential solution.." To date, Nintendo has made no official announcement as to when a Vista-capable version of the Wi-Fi USB Connector software will be available, only that they are looking into the problem.Guess you'll have to use another PC, then..
