Mother arrested for breast feeding photos...

I read in my news links about this particular story:A women was arrested for having pictures of breast feeding her 1 year old son. She and her boyfriend faced their children taken from them and a 20 year sentence. They are Peruvian immigrants in Texas. The arrest was made for child porn. Police also mention their son touching his crotch but the couple says its from a rash, which they have prescribed medicine for.Police then arrested them and raided their home, but found no other incriminating evidence. They did find an artistic painting of the Virgin Mary breast feeding Jesus (its a real artistic picture).The District Attorney intervened and ordered the criminal charges dropped because the case was too weak, but insisted their children remain in care, with the parents being forced to attend parenting classes and take lie detectors in order to regain custody of them.Police and courts refuse to admit any errors and insist that they acted appropriately in trying to defend infants from their wicked breastfeeding mothers.The charges were quietly dropped after state prosecutors decided they had no chance of winning, and the couple eventually regained custody of one of their children (the other staying with his biological father from a previous marriage).The source is from *URL modified due to adult content* Please read it for yourself.The way I see it is... man what the heck is wrong with people in Texas. What the fuck?Jesus, now I hope I don't get arrested for the same thing. Although, I wouldn't sell the photos.It shouldn't be an arrest but like, she musn't have a lot of dignity if she did something like that.

the crotch photo was probably them just documenting their child's medical history, and breast feeding....it could of been a picture of the woman taken by someone while she happened to be breast feeding...I don't even see why an initial case was brought up about this

I'm a girl and i wouldn't even look that up. There are motherhood classes or you can ask a woman who has done it.It is not o.k. to take pics a young boys crotches, i don't care why you are doing it! As far as the breastfeeding pic...I breastfed both my kids and so many people see breasts as only sexual objects (even women) that it isn't funny. I wouldn't let my man touch them at all when i breastfed except for when he tried to taste the milk once. They were put on my body to supply nutrition to a baby. Most people don't realize that and think they are just bouncy toys for men to play n squeeze.
