LukongOkay first there are 4 ranks Femin/Mal ist. Those who are feminists/malists are in 1 of 2 ranks those who aren't being Women and Men are in the 2 other ranks.Question? 'Sterotypes' and yes sterotypes not statisitics say Women aren't afraid of showing there feelings. If so then Feminists isn't a Feminists because there is a reason behind why one would be a Feminist and if say that person disliked Men because she was abused, then she isn't a Feminist, she's a person who was abused so she plays it safe by making sure the men around her are not volient. That abused victim could then become a Mother, and has a son who is volient. Now she could curve him with abuse or knowledge. With abuse wouldn't call her a Feminist, but you would call her a Mother who needs to teach her child to be peaceful. The Name changed and the Woman doesn't have to be abused, but also could be supporting a friend, or attracted to other women. A Feminist isn't the same as another Feminist. Some Feminist might think they should only do "female things" while other think they should have equal rights to men. We're all Gamers, but that doesn't mean we're slobs, fat, lazy people. Some here have college degrees, some are here for other children, some don't even play games, etc.One could use any combo of words to describe a person, but rather than saying what they did wrong tell them what they could do right.Dude, feminism means the thought about equality among men and women. A feminist is a person who supports the idea. Even a male can be a Feminist.And...what the heck are babbling about ranks of feminist?
Natewlie · #21What's wrong with this? I don't see a problem. Not sure if serious... Jokes and blatant sexism aside, the problem is that they are accusing people that pertain to fairly innocuous views of being something substantially more criminal (a rape endorser). I don't endorse rape just cause I think having sex on drugs and a cultural notion of sexual liberation are awesome. It just means I like those things for fairly obvious carnal reasons.Edit: You don't support rape unless you support rape and saying that anyone does under any other circumstances is accusatory and childish.
tehuber1337I'm just gonna leave this hereI've committed a lot of rape then.

buchichuThat long postOh yeah and I get really annoyed by those diet coke adverts where the women stop the lift just to stare at the guy like a sex object.
buchichu · #31It's a shame you fail to recognize the number of assaults committed against women every single day on our streets, in our schools, next door to us, in our own homes.... I guess it's easier to turn a blind eye to it, but it's sadder when a woman does it, IMO.I fail to see the correlation between making a joke and assault towards women, it's irrational and doesn't make any sense.Like in your previous post, you said something about the commercial. The narrator treating her like a thing the point of that beer commercial is that it's ridiculous that someone would do that, it's not saying it's okay to do that, or go do that. It infact states 'somethings you don't share'. A women being sexually assaulted would only be true if that was something that actually happened, but it's not, it's just a commercial. Hell, it was a friend's girl friend too, not some man going into the woman's house to kiss her.
msg2009 · #29Oh yeah and I get really annoyed by those diet coke adverts where the women stop the lift just to stare at the guy like a sex object.Oh man, this. I always get really edgy when I'm in public and around women and stuff because I worry they're gonna be staring at my ass. I mean, seriously. These ads perpetuate a terrible standard.
