Monster Racers (U)

Hey, I'm sorry to "intrude", and I'm sorry if this was the wrong section, but I didn't know where else to put this! (NOT A rom request)Does anyone know what happened to the localization of Monster Racers? I don't remember it ever being cancelled, but it doesn't seem that it was ever released (no reviews anywhere, no rom, can't buy it off of any site).
