Driving laws are 15 for the Learner's License, 16 for the Restricted and Full. Restricted doesn't require anyone in a vehicle with you, but there are limits on taking people without Fulls and on the times you can drive.

Happy birthday to Moderasian and AnandjonesIn this country, you can get a provisional driving license at 16, This allows you to drive providing there is someone in the car with you (someone who has had a full driving license for at least 5 years) and you are not allowed on motorways. You must have at least 11 (hours of) driving lessons before you can take your driving test, and assuming you pass all three parts, you then get your full license. You then have to have one further (2 hour) lesson before you are allowed to drive on motorways.

Sounds like australia's driving laws (that's our L plate system).
