Modem settings

For some reason I can't enter my modem settings. I type the 10.0.0.2 address and input my password and username and the screen just goes blank and it says "done" at the bottom. Why can't I go into them? I really need to change to another account.

try IE, some modems have shit UIs that don't work in standards compliant browsers (i.e they were written to work in IE only)

I have tried and it says "This page cannot be displayed". Basically I still can't enter into the settings.

tried rebooting it in case the onboard webserver has crashed?

Tried rebooting the PC and the modem, still the same problems. Any other ideas of what the problem could be?
