Modem Router wifi

I was wondering if WI-FI works with Modem Router? It's not working on mine.
Model- Dynalink RTA1025W

Does the ds detect the router?And what's the error code?The nintendo website would be able to help with the error codes part, just type it in the support section nd you'd be right :)

...Like I said, try entering tht on this site in the support section.www.nintendo.comI'd suspect you'd need to enter the ip adress and other info manually.

Some routers however aren't compatible with the ds strangly...also I hope your not using WPA on the router security.

No. WEP with the 10 digit key.Is there a website which can auto obtain my data for me? I'm on a laptop and it's not connected to the modem router.
P.S My modem router isn't there in the list of D-LINK brands.

Well check the link I gave, there is a compatibility list for routers, if yours is then it's the settings as I said before.

Ima a try manual input stuff. Is there awebsite that detects your gateway, DNS, IP etc?

If there was it'd be a bad thing, cause then they could hack you prehaps XDDo you know how to access the router settings-it'd be all in there.If not...there is a command promt code that checks for you, which I..forgot :(

ipconfig /all in command prompt on a computer thats connected to the router.
