I've been looking around and alot of people seem to hate the max media dock. i got one a while ago and thought it was gonna suck to, my friend sold it to me for 15 bucks so naturally i assumed something was wrong with it (i mainly bought it for the two 4GB. cf cards he was throwing in). but now i see that everyone is having trouble with all the other carts while the mmd runs fine hell i don't even need to patch games for it, just drag and drop.
arguable its only flaw is its size other then that it's great.

It's an old outdated card.Does the current set of ds games work like say...gran theft auto?Most people have issues because1.R4 users-fakes that are poor quality or aren't updated anymore2.No idea how to install firmware properly3.Anti Piracy (AP) issues-yours would be worse off because it's not updated...even less so than the r4 original.

Well I'd imagine some issues would be present...What games have you tried-and if they are known AP games, are they pre-patched?They would have a strong chance of working, my acekard doesn't need no patches, just new firmware :)Also, is this your type?Seems to bulky for me, and the fact that it's an older dual type where 2 cards are required...seems annoying.Mate had one, couldn't figure it out, he threw it out (the window) and wasted $70...My $80 went to 2 perfectly good acekards, 2.1 and 2.i, both still running well...except the save data in the 2.i is stuffed but I'm still working that out :P
