Missing .SAV file

Hi everyone,I've downloaded several games for my Nintendo DS from this website, but I can't play them on my NDS. When I'm trying to open it, it says: 'WARNING. Can't find the SAV for this file. Do you want to create it?' When I say OK to this question, it tries to create the SAV, but all I see is a white screen. Why isn't the SAV file in the download anymore? How can I solve this problem? Thanks,Lori

What flashcard do you have for your nds ?website are boxart can help.

It says 'R4 Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS)'.
I haven't got any code, but the card is several years old.
