Missing Forum Section

I know we've got a technical section for games but isn't there supposed to be a section for just computer stuff too?! I can't for the life of me seem to find it! Has it been removed?! If it's still here could somebody please tell me which two sections it's wedged inbetween please?

non-emulation help or computers & modding.
