Microphone...
M
I've bought a microphone,
It only have 2 connector(green and pink),and without cd.
I'm using my second CPU.It have 6 jack behind it.
Can someone teach me how to use it?
(I'm thinking to use it with no$gba) :-\ ;D
B
Your sound panel has six colored ports, right? Why don't you just plug-in the green connector on the corresponding color and also the same with the other connector?
M
Yep,I've already do that.
But when I turned it on..and speak..I didn't hear any voices...
B
Open up your Audio manager and turn them all to max, then try it out...
M
It's already maxed,and still,no voice coming out..
B
There's something wrong with your system unit's back panel then....why not try the front panel then...almost similar problem for me too...my speaker stopped working (no darn sound coming out )... I had to plug in the headphone+mic just so I can listen to some audio....
M
Oh,wait..
Do I need to connect to green one to the speaker?
B
If you need to (if your speaker is working fine).... I removed my speaker (it's not working) and just plugged in the headphone...and there should be a green audio port either in the back or front panel...it consists of this colors(mine):
Back Panel:
Orange
Black
Grey
Blue
Green
Pink/RedFront Panel:
Green
Pink/Red
M
Same as mine.but I don't have the Front panel.
Do I need to configure it on control panel?
B
I also don't have the front panel :P....Just try and tweak some of the settings in your audio's main control panel...Screenshot...

M
no question mark in the "Device Manager"
B
Hmmm...could you remove the headphone then plug in your speaker...then see if it works...?
B
on your volume control is there a microphone option if no then click properties at the top then select microphone hope that helps
M
Where I can find volume control?
L
start -> run -> sndvol32, then if no window comes up its a speaker icon in the systray
M
No microphone option there,
All I can see is realtek HD output and Input.
L
input is microphone usually
M
I have checked all the boxes in the input option,as well maximized the volume, but still,i can't hear any voices....
