member cannot log in please help

Member forgot password and got redirected to pasword reminder, filled in email address but has not recieved email to get the link to reset new password.Has been trying for 3 days now please help.Have check email spam folder already, no replys there.

user name is rocco part email is ntl world have not used site for a number off months. tried to re-registrer but was told user name and e-mail in use

New password emailed to him.
