Mario & Luigi 3: Bowser's Inside Story

So, I've been searching all over the place, but I can't find a way to play Mario & Luigi 3 and how to by-pass the security, except for with that Action Replay codes thing, but I don't have an Action Replay.Is there a way to get the game working, except for Action Replay, a technique that I've somehow missed?

You don't need to have an Action Replay card to use Action Replay codes. Most flashcards support action replay by using cheats databases.
