Mario and Luigi bower's inside story loading problem

When i start the game i try to click a new file but nothing works.
Please help.

The game has anti-piracy in it. There are different ways of fixing it depending on what flashcart you are using.Have you tried updating your firmware?I can help if you tell me what you're using to play the game.
