They are fast, but the quality isn't as high as at some other sites.For active and huge community: www.mangashare.com or www.mangahelpers.com (I prefer www.mangashare.com , though.)For downloading: You could use the two above, but I hihgly recommend www.mangatraders.com (Although you have to register, it is free and there wasn't a single Manga I couldn't find there.)
