M3i zero on a DSi XL

Does anyone know if a M3i zero works in an DSi XL without ajustments?
You just put in and play? of does it need another F-core than the Dsithe DSi XL comes out in the netherlands in march now, thats whyany other colors available somewhere else in the world then the brown and wine-red that come out here??

I think they have the Japanese ones. You can import them.
