Looking for PKM BW Editor for PokeDex Skin, Musical, and PGL Battle Event.

So, I found some interesting files courtesy of Nigoli in his blog.
Found he had posted some files;
1. PokeDex Skin Distribution for PKM BW 1 and PKM BW 2 (.pds format)
2. Pokemon Musical Distribution for PKM BW 1 (.pms format)
3. Pokemon World Tournament Event (.pwt format)Scrounge and shuffle through various sites, but failed to shed light on how to inject them into either the rom (.nds) or save file (.sav). Pokesav and Pokegen doesn't recoqnize those extensions....so much for that.So....any chance of shedding light on this? A tool or something, or method, or maybe even which .Narc should I replace using NitroExplorer2?If there's a way to extract them from the save file/rom after receiving from the PGL, then logically there should be a way to import them back.Thanks.
