Load rom errcode =-4. I need help with this

Hello,I'm new here but I have now allready a question:When I wanted to play my new game (Pokemon black) my R4i flashcard said: Load ROM errcode =-4 please reset the system.
I've updated my flashcard to the newest version but it don't work.Does someone know the solution to this? It will help me allot :)

Ty, I did something and it worked :)But now I have another problem: When I start pokemon white, I get a white screen.....
Does someone now how I can fix this?

I'd replace my r4 file with your r4patch file, but when I start my r4i, I get this: ?Menu
So I replaced them again

Yes thats right, I download that file for upgrading.
Is that wrong?

I don't know what I did, I pushed some buttons, but the game works now fine :D
