lian li case owners with lian li expansion bay coolers and pci fan cooler owners

if you're a lian li case owner and have one of these in your cases, [ http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product/product06.php?pr_index=232&cl_index=2&sc_index=34&ss_index=83&g=f ], do they exhaust plenty of air out of your system?if you're a pci slot fan blower owner, such as something like this [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999704 ], does it exhaust plenty of hot air out of your case?i'm undecided on rather to get the lian li or the pci fan blower?

I had a PCI exhaust fan and in my experience it significantly helped cool my geforce 7800GTX (although my friend who now has the card says it in fact exhausts out the end of the card, not out the fan vent.), However if you are having cooling issues, I'd suggest a new case.
