Laptop unable to read Micro-SD Card.

Basically, I have a T-Flash Flashdrive, which has a slot so you can place files inside the card, but my laptop doesn't read the flash drive. I tried checking the Disk Manager, and it doesn't show up. It worked before, but one day, I was pasting something when an error appeared, saying that it couldn't finish, and that it stopped and deleted the file fraction of the file it tried to paste. I tried reformatting my laptop, and it worked again, but a different type of error popped up, saying that the connection was lost all together. Every now and then, it would appear, but it suddenly loses the connection with the laptop quickly.HEAAALLL?!?!(Lol, actually went to this. Time to google moar.)

sounds like either the card or the reader is dead.
