Why does everyone say Logitech is the best? Trust also makes great things... The keyboard I got has almost everything for an office...Quick start buttons: Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Calendar
Other things: Copy - Paste - Cut - Back - Forwards - Volume control
And more, but I forgot.Too bad that the quick start buttons for Office (so calendar works) do not work (they are for 2003 and I got 2007)

Because logitech are one of the best. Trust are cheap and while some of their stuff is good, some of it is utter crap.

Some. But if it's crap, why buy it?

because you don't know its crap until you've bought it?

The packaging won't tell you failure rates, etc. The packaging is going to tell you how excellent the product is, and get you to buy it. No company in their right mind is going to list the faults and problems of their product on the packaging when they are trying to get you to buy it.
