Is Yu-Gi-Oh! World tournament 2010 really out today???

It says on Romulation's upcoming release list that Yu-Gi-Oh!World Tournament 2010 is coming out today(6th February 2010) but I heard it was coming out on the 23rd February 2010.Can anyone tell me when its coming out? And when it'l be dumped on Romulation.

No one knows when it'll be dumped.

I see on some site that it's out on the 6th February.
About it getting dumped depends on the dumper.

I checked the Nintendo website and it says that its released on the 23rd February
