EDIT: I was wondeing why so many Backup's of the 3DS ROM's latey, Maybe they are in compleation of the Crown 3DS i should think.

I read before that crown3ds will come out by the end of dec. is that true ??

Crown3DS has never stated a december release. At least to what I know.
