Is the gaming historian Copyrighted?

Will I get in trouble if I upload videos made by the gaming historian. (All credits to retroware tv and him of course!)

yes they are copyrighted.

but can you cite them? (as in 2009 copyright by gaming historian)

Will I get in trouble though? Its for educational purposes and for the people.

if they're properly credited then you're unlikely to have problems.

Yea I think I properly credited them. Check firecopy on youtube to make sure I am right. Oh and guess what. GamingHistorian is putting up all his videos right after me!

Who the hell is GamingHistorian?

I think we may find out shortly.

(to Insanecrazy) he use to talk about the history of games, game consoles, and game accesories. He also had his own page on retroware tv (which he removed) and his youtube account mcfrosticles which he had deleted. You can still find his videos though. Just type in google blip.tv
