A few DS owners asked me if it's safe to go online/wifi on a flash cart. Another quaston, is it even possible to go online using an emulator on a PC?

This is exactly correct.
There's no way you can be "traced" whilst online.

^ Seeing as though the ROM data is exactly the same of that as the retail Catridge.

Why not? It hasn't been invented (or tested) yet?

You can't go online with an emulator.
I have spent countless hours looking stuff up on it, so don't waste your time. You can go online with a rom and a flashcart, but ensure that the game has been release. :P
This is because it is kinda suspicious when you are playing Scribblenauts, 2 weeks early or Pokemon 3/4 days before it's release.
