Is it possible? (Fallout Question)

Was just wondering,since I got banned in NMA Forums for mistakenly making a second account (1-2 years ago)... Do you think its possible to make a Fallout 2 Mod which uses Fallout 3's Plot,Storyline & Enemy & Monsters and such?Though I have no ability which may contribute to coding or such... I kinda prefer the Turn-Based System of Fallout 1-2 than Fallout 3's FPSRPG thing... :-X

no, but why would you want to? just play fallout3.

Because my PC is not Epic enough to handle Fallout 3, And I like Turn-Based Battles more...

I've heard of mods that get rid of stuff in the game to make it run on low end PC's. On the Planet Elder Scrolls wesite, a guy made one for Morrowind and Oblivion. The did help alot! Google it friend, you're bound to get a few results. ;)
