I wish school taught some better stuff... I haven't got anything below a B but... I don't feel like I'll use most of the stuff in the future...

It's done so that people who are capable of particular abilities can provide evidence for those abilities.
It's useful.The thing that's wrong with grading is that people are held to a particular standard while they're all at least slightly different.
The standard does not effectively encompass the entire student body, and does not always allow one to express their true talents and abilities.Don't hate something just because it's symbolic.
Hate it because it isn't efficient.

It's the same thing with Satanism (and before you ask no I'm not an Satanist). It's defined as the worship of the devil when it has hardly and relation with the devil. Satanists are narcissists, aka your stereotypical rich guy who berates any not worth a zetta million dollars (which is everything but his stuff)
