IP Guards

Can anyone give me some idea on how to hide/protect my IP address? I just want to be extra safe when browsing the internet :) are there companies that offer FREE* life-time protection?or any Application which is "Out There" ...u know what i mean! ;)

I use findnot.com, but its a subscription service.

I don't want to subscribe ;D

There is a Firefox extension called SwitchProxy which is supposed to switch your ip with proxies regularly. But if you don't know how to use it, you should stay away from it.Here's a link to a program which supposedly allows you to hide your ip address called MMIP Anonmymity and it's shareware. Get it here http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Misc__Utilities/MMIP_Anonmymity___Hide_your_IP_Address_and_Surf_Anonymously.html

No need to hide my IP,
But if you search Google, for public free Proxies, I am pretty sure you'll find a way. Also, Findnot works, but you need to subscribe.-Patton ;D
