Infracture on modded PSP

Can a modded psp go on infracture? Because when i played mhfu, i couldnt find anyone in the lobby.

I did a bit of quick research, and I think that it can. It doesn't use PSN's servers, it is a Wlan connection setup with your PSP.But it appears that some routers don't like it too much, which may be causing your issues. Or no one is playing?(It's also Infrastructure)
