Sorry for a repeat of this topic but I'm curious and I do need answers. I was thinking of buying a PSP as you can tell from the topic. I did want to modify it as well. My questions is which version of the PSP should I buy? I never had one before, so that's why I'm asking. And what exactly do I need to hack which version of a PSP? Sorry, this is kind of broad. But, thanks to whoever answers my question.
I
now every psp is hackable but there are 2 types of hack, the fully hacked or partially hacked. if you want to get a psp to fully hack it, you should get a 1000 series psp (also known as PSP fat) since those you dont need to be worried about motherboards and all that which influence the hacking you use. but if you dont mind that, get a psp 3000 series since the fastest one and with better screen. psp go is ok if you want portability but psp 3000 is better. or you can always wait till psp2 comes out

Is there any differences between a fully hacked PSP or partially hacked PSP?
I
with fully hacked, the hack is still there when you fully turn off the psp, and also, you dont need a program to run the iso images (or games). with the partial hack, well, you need to do it again if you turn it off completely (it is not hard, just tedious if you turn it off constantly) and you need an iso loader to be able to run the games. that is basically the main differences
