iEdge not working with touch master 4

Hi can any one help.
When loading the above game i keep getting the message cannot create a save file and thats it it just stays there.Using the latest firmware and bootstrap with a dsi and dsi xl, game will not work in either.
Tried E and U version of the game and i get the same with both.Help please.
