I have a somewhat newbish question, bear with me here.

Again, I am not quite sure if this is in the correct section. Pardon me.
I tried uploading a GIF as an avatar. As I browse the forums, I have suspected that a couple of users have a moving (GIF) avatar. Yet, when I upload mine, it doesn't seem to move. Any possibilities?EDIT:
Oh, forgive me. I have found my answer.

Apologies for the inappropriate thread. I am not alert.
I request a lock. Or possible a deletion.
Thank you.(WHEW! Talking semi-sophisticated-like hurts!)

The picture has to be exact 96x96

Thank you.
