I can't fire emblem to work for Dolphin.
Z
Now it says that it isn't a proper win 32 thingy T_T

Download the correct version. 32 bit or 64 bit depending on your OS. In your case, 32bit.
Z
OK i downloaded both windowsx64 and win 32. windowx64 doesn't work. but when i tried the new win 32 it worked.. but when i tried to configure it the only options i had were Dolphin openGL and dolphin softwere renderer

The emulator will not run well with his current specs.
Too much game lag, and the emulator will crash later on.I suggest you upgrade your PC first.

Sorry bout the off topic comment :P
and use the software renderer. Your card doesn't support open GL
EDIT: nvm

Check again, Direct3D9 is there. I just downloaded the latest version and there are three options, Direct3D9 (Top choice), OpenGL (Middle choice), and the Software Renderer (Bottom choice)There's no reason to try to run the 64bit version on a 32bit operating system.

Bleh. I'm an xbox/ online game fixer D:. i fail at emulators. and bleh this is so hard x_x

Tirith has instructed you clearly on what you should do,
1) download the 32bit version of Dolphin.
2) Extract it
3) Go to 'Option' -> 'Configure'
4) Click the 'Plugins' tab.
5) Change the Graphic plugins to 'Dolphin3D9'
Z
i dled the 32 bit version... i extracted it i went to Dolphin.exe then i opened it went to options and then configure. then after i hit the plugins tab. on the FIRST box it said openGL and i made it scroll down. there was that option and one more.
T
It should look like this. (version 4771, 32bit, downloaded from dolphin's website).

I just downloaded the latest version to check, For me it's only OpenGL and Software Render that's there
Z
yeah, and if that's not enough to believe.. if you have a facebook look me up, Nicklas Nam Nguyen i'll send you the video proof that it's not there x_x

Open the plugins folder, in the same folder as the Dolphin.exe, there should be a file:
Plugin_VideoDX9.dll
That is the DX9 video plugin. There is also Plugin_VideoOGL.dll and Plugin_VideoSW.dll
U
I believe you need to update your DirectX to make the "Direct3D9" option appear.
