.HTML web hosting

im learning how to make a web page from scratch and i cant find a free web hosting site that lets you submit a .HTML file as your web site, so dos any one know a free web hosting site that lets you use your own .HTML file as the web site?

I'm pretty sure www.freewebs.com/ allows you to upload your own HTML files.

do they have any restricions on roms or emulators?

No, you can upload any website, as long as it's not porn of any kind. Are you making your own rom/emulator site?

Yes they will have restrictions. Supplying roms is illegal in 90% of countries, as to do so is infringing copyright. If you host roms on a shared web host like that you risk having them taken down with no warning, or even having your account terminated.

darn, well if i can find a host i will make a online-emulation(play roms online)/rom site.

scratch that last post it will not have roms, it to risky for me right now (and my mom wont let me) so it will have info on thing like naruto, computers, emulation, games, downloads, and stuff like that and i will host flash games. i know roms are illegal to host on a web site but what about emulators? i know cnet host some

emulators are in most cases legal.
