Hows the 3ds hacking scene rom dumps?(been away for a year)

I haven't been in touch with the 3ds hacking scene, I feel like I just came back from traveling from the past and have no idea whats been done or whats legit out there.Basically has the 3ds been hacked already? is there a emulator that can play 3ds games? and do rom dumps even exist?And if so does anyone here have any emulator or 3ds hacking tools?<b>i'm asking on here because everyone here is helpful, and this being a great community rom furum.</b>

no to every question. some rom dumps allegedly exist but no-one has ever proven that they're legit.
