How to use the Dolphin (GC) emulator?

I've been checking out the roms on the GC section and I found Pokemon Gale Of Darkness. I thought the game is pretty cool so I checked the comment board. There's a guy that posted the link for the dolphin emulator.I've downloaded it but I have no idea on how to run it? Can anyone help?Also, does the emulator supports Wii roms too? There's a "Wii" folder in it.

How do I run it? There's no .exe file...

There should be a 'Dolphin.exe' after you done unpacking it.
Make sure to download it from the main site, http://www.dolphin-emu.com/downloads.php
