How to put music on r4hc?

Tried this http://www.wikihow.com/Put-Music-on-Your-R4 Didn't work. Help?Oh and also on a different note: You know how there are 12 different themes on the r4hc, one folder for each month of th year. I know how to change the theme myself, but what if i just want ONE THEME, instead of it having to change every month is there a way to do that besides copying and pasting my theme into all 12 folders?

I got the moonshell and everything seems to be working fine except for the fact no sound comes out of my ds speakers when the song is playing....not sure what to do now....

You need 2.09 or lower.2.10 has these issues.
