How to make a siggy?

I wanna make a custom sig, and have no idea on how to do it... Any help?I don't have any photoshop programs besides paint...

https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=4917.0There's as good a start as any. It's none too difficult at all. Good gaming

I just wanna make my own, sorry...

I know you do. The folks in that thread, can teach you how, I had to teach myself before I found that thread. I wished I had found it a bit earlier, would have made my sloppy work more manageable. Don't be sorry, it just takes a very small amount of time, and then you'll have learned how to make 'em. 8) Once you learn, let me know, I might ask you to make something for me.

Lol... kk. I'll try. You can lock this nao.
