How to make a PDO file?

Please Help!
I would like some tutorials on making PDO files...
I would like to make my own model from scratch...A PDO file is a 3d model image used to make paper 3d models....

-first you download a pdo and view it (used as part placing/refrence)

Use Google Sketch to build your 3D drawings, and then save as Google Earth .KMZ format, and then import them into Papekura.
