How to delete files from the r4i-gold

Hello everyone. Could you please tell me how to delete files from r4i, like when you press X button on r4ds, how do we do the same thing on r4i-gold? Do you have a clue?

How come you don't delete them off the computer?

Ok look, I have like a tons of roms on an 4gb SDHC card, i'd like to make space for other games by deleting roms from the r4i that i don't like, so I won't look for them again on the computer. You don't know how to delete roms directly from the r4igold? does anyone know please??
