How to change video formats into mp3s

Yeah, me and my friends are making a left 4 dead 2 parody, (using runescape) and I need to know how to convert video formats into just sound formats. What we intend to do is take the part in the left 4 dead 2 trailer and put it on a video of us fighting zombies. specifically the part where he goes " as long as we got guns, we gonna keep on fighting and if we run out of bullets, they gunna wish we hadn't ". I'll post the link of it once i upload it to youtube (if i'm allowed).Don't flame me because I play runescape, its just a game. If you want to be a part of it then my username is Teserut.

How about using total video convertor? Try google for it.

The best is : http://www.convertfiles.com/it has over 14 video formats.
but if u need a youtube vid to mp3 try: http://www.video2mp3.net/let me know when u made the vid ;)
