It is a magicians trick used to hide keys when they are chained up and locked in chests. The key stays in the throat ready for later. A couple of friends used to do it with sweets in school so when a teacher asked to prove they had nothing in their mouth they could :)But this guy took it to a new level with the light bulb and the padlock stuff. He is awesome!!
