How do you control your anger?

I can safely say, that It's rare for me to get angry.How do I control it? I don't, I take it all in, I get depressed and start to starve myself, that's it.

Well, My PC is Slower than a Snail, so When I get angry with all its LAG and ERRORS I run and jump into the bed and then hit and throw the pillows a couple times, then i continue :)
